Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Panner - 600 gms


  • Capsicum - 1


  • Onions - 1


  • For marination : Green chilli - 4 


  • Ginger - 3 inch


  • Garlic - 4 cloves


  • Coriander leaves - 1 fist


  • Pudhina - 1 fist


  • Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp


  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp


  • Curd - 3 tbsp


  • Salt - 1/2 tbsp + as required

Directions

  • Grind the ingredients for marination to smooth paste. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside.
  • Cut the Panner to 1 inch cubes . The capsicum and onions to 1 inch cubes. Now dip the Panner in the marination and leave it in another bowl . See to that it's completely coated .
  • To the left over marination add the capsicum and onions. Mix them well.
  • Put the marinated Panner,  onions and capsicum in the fridge for 2 hours. Overnight will give better result.
  • Preheat oven at 200 ° c for 10 minutes. Meanwhile put the Panner , capsicum and onions in skewer alternatively each one after another.
  • When it's about to enter the oven drizzle oil on top all-over for better result. Then grill them in oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until the top of the Panner is a little dark brown.
  • Thava procedure : Heat a thava , and drizzle oil on it . Place the Panner cubes on it . Now once the side on thava is a lill brown and crisp. Turn to other side, similarly cook all the sides . In The same way toast the capsicum and onions.
